  • Food preparation classes: everyone had aha moments: ‘This cheesecake does not have dairy!’ People think that healthy means does not taste good. It is not the case at Fresh Start.
  • Yoga: I’ve done yoga most of my life. What I liked was that was progressive. Started slowly, by the end of the stay people could do poses for one foot on the foot, which they could not lift it before.
  • Meditation: had the best meditation class of my life: Tantric Kundalini, chakras and colour meditation.
