Pet’s Policy for Fresh Start Guests: due to the long term stay we’ve developed a custom policy that makes everyones stay enjoyable. Please review “Staying with a Pet” page to understand why Fresh Start and Ocean Resort do not allow pets for Fresh Start Guests, except in a Suite.

| No fees applied if rescheduling greater then 48 hrs, after you forfeit deposit. |
| Early departure Refunds: we require 48 hr notice, or you forfeit two nights deposit. |
| Your deposit is: |
| -Refundable: 48 hours prior or greater |
| -Non-refundable/non-transferable: less then 48 hours |
Conditions: you cannot swap for “Non-refundable” rate upon check in, if you’ve booked the Refundable rate prior.
