Stress Level was at a 9 or 10. | Stress level is close to 1. What I learned that stresses can be very healthy but stress is something that we should feel kind of short term. You can't live in the state of stress you have to be able to do the steps to kind of pull yourself out of it right so I don't think I'm going to walk back in the world and suddenly not feel stressed… I think it's I'm equipped now to handle stress in general, have tools to release it and express using all sorts of cool techniques, meditation and contemplation. |
Lifestyle - I thought it would be so hard and like you'd be hungry all the time. | I literally was not hungry not one time and it was so doable. It's like you know never riding a bike. If you haven't learned to live healthy, you start off from training wheels and you get used to it, you're comfortable and then the wheels come off… |
