Becoming a Fresh Start Affiliate is easy

  2. Use our brochures (with your Custom Partner Tracking Code), banners, links and other materials to promote Fresh Start in your practice, business, on your website, in emails, on social networks, to friends & family, etc.
  3. When someone picks up a brochure at your practice/business or clicks on your link to us, you can earn commissions. Check out our Program Details for specific commission amounts and to learn how you can increase your commissions based upon your performance.

How does it work?

It couldn't be simpler! We've streamlined our entire affiliate process to ensure ease of use, while still maintaining extremely accurate tracking methods for ALL referrals

The process is as follows for AUTOMATED REFERRAL through your Website, promo e-mail and newsletter:

   Pay-per Lead Tracking

Channels:

Banners ( on the website, in the Newsletter, e-mails), e-mails with links, Facebook, etc.

  1. Visitor clicks on an affiliate link on your site or in an email.
  2. The visitors IP is logged and a cookie is placed in their browser for tracking purposes.
  3. The visitor browses our site, and may decide to fill out one of the Online Forms.
  4. If the visitor fills out one of the inquiry forms (the inquiry does not need to be submitted during the same browser session - cookies and IPs are stored indefinitely), the submission will be registered as a Pay-per Lead sale for you and you will receive commission for this lead.

The process is as follows for MANUAL REFERRAL through e-mail or over the phone, and using the Online Lead Referral Form:

Channels:

Brochure Code. Online Lead Referral Form, in person referral

Complete Online Lead Referral Form (PREFERRED METHOD), send us an e-mail, or call Fresh Start with referral lead info ( First & last name, Phone number & comments)

  2. We will enter a Referral Lead into our CRM and attach you as a referring partner. From now on he/she will be tracked, until the sale takes place, be it one month or five years.
  3. A Fresh Start Program Consultant will conduct the consultation. Typically it takes about 7 calls before someone will be ready to register and about 1-3 months closing time.
  4. We will follow up with the Prospect if he or she is interested but cannot come at this time.
  5. When the Prospect is ready we will register him/her.
  6. Once the Client’s payment is processed, our CRM will automatically post Affiliate Payment Pending to your partner record and we will process the payment on the scheduled payout day.

  That's it! You send us business, we send you money!

  Pay-per Sale Tracking


  1. When an inquiry form is submitted on our website to our CRM, that lead is attached to your Affiliate Partner record and will be tracked, until the sale takes place, be it in one month or in five years.(Please see our Lead Tracking and Policy on the FAQ page)
  2. A Fresh Start Program Consultant will conduct the consultation. (Typically it takes about 7 calls before someone will be ready to register and about 1-3 months closing time.)

Pay per Lead: You will receive from $0.50-$10 commission per referred lead and $100 for every sale we close for a 5-9-14 day program, as per Fresh Start Lead Tracking and Referring Policy.

Performance Bonus System: Once you reach each level in the Pay-per Lead program, our system will AUTOMATICALLY adjust your previous commissions during that period, so that ALL commissions earned during that period are paid at the NEW higher level.

Payout

Minimum payout is $25 and you have to refer a minimum of two separate leads/clients. Payouts are made via PayPal or check. No other payout options are available at this time.

Rules and Requirements

We do have some basic ground rules for the program, so please read them before signing up:

  • All participants must have a PayPal account (in order to receive payouts) OR be able to receive checks.
  • You may NOT receive credit for referring yourself.
  • If you have a practice, or "brick and mortar" business you are willing to display Fresh Start brochures with your custom tracking code on them

Participants caught violating or attempting to circumvent these rules will have all affiliate credit voided and will not receive payouts. Additionally, they will be banned from further participation in our affiliate program.
