Ocean Resort, Vancouver Island's Wellness Retreat Centre is the perfect setting for your Fresh Start Health Retreat. You will enjoy an environment that is both welcoming and supportive. This eco-friendly Resort has been recently renovated and beautifully decorated, drawing the natural ocean-side setting into the décor. You can take long walks on the beach, watch the resident eagle and other wildlife from the comfort of a beach chair, or enjoy a contemplative stroll through the driftwood labyrinth.

The resort boasts 28 beautifully appointed hotel rooms many with ocean views. Hotel rooms are clean and natural with wood flooring, hypoallergenic duvet covers, and natural Purely Saltspring amenities in the bathrooms.

Spa Centre

The Ocean Wellness Centre accommodates your daily activities. The center offers two meeting rooms, a comfortable sitting area, a fitness facility, spa treatment rooms and a dining area. Lectures, health videos and group time take place in two spacious meeting rooms. The sitting area is a lovely space where you can read, contemplate or visit with other guests.

The Wellness Centre houses three treatment rooms, two infrared saunas, and a room for private consultations. Colonic and steam bath facilities are also available

The Yoga room is where group exercises are housed. Additionally, the Fitness Room offers both cardio and weight training options.
